As per reports, Hawaiian surfer and skateboarder Kalani David kicked the bucket on September 17 while riding in Costa Rica.
The 24-year-old, who had a condition called Wolff-Parkinson-White disorder, died after a seizure in the water. Wolff-Parkinson-White (WPW) disorder "is a condition where there is an extra electrical pathway in the heart that prompts times of quick pulse (tachycardia)."
The disorder is an innate heart deformity which is moderately interesting, and keeping in mind that episodes of WPW condition for the most part aren't dangerous, they can, once in a while, lead to unexpected cardiovascular demise.
Unbelievable surfer Kelly Slater shared a photograph of David and honored him on his Instagram page "@KalaniDavid trying my board as a little kid.
As per the reports, David recently experienced a seizure while skating in Oceanside, California, in 2016.
It added he went through a medical procedure in mid 2017 to eliminate the additional muscle that had developed around his heart that thus caused his seizures.
David's keep going Instagram post, shared on August 28, showed him doing stunts at a skatepark. Late posts shared broken hearts and petition emoticons.
Riding lost another legend last year when enormous wave pioneer Greg 'Da Bull' Noll kicked the bucket matured 84.
